Q: How much food can my Serve Smart Feeder hold?

A: Our Serve Smart Feeder holds 19 cups of food. The weight it can hold will vary and depend on the density of the kibble you are feeding your dog. Be aware that larger kibbles, such as Dental Diet kibbles, may not properly dispense from the feeder. 

Q: How do I take the hopper off of the base of the Smart Serve?

A: There's a latch on the back of the feeder, behind the hopper that allows you to safely remove the hopper from the base of the feeder.
